This request helps our team understand your date, guest count, service needs and catering preferences before preparing your personalized quote. Submitting this form does not confirm availability, reserve services or constitute an order. Catering is confirmed only after your request has been reviewed and the required payment has been received.

This form is for customized Catering Requests. If you simply need ready to order catering pans or menu items without additional services or customization, please use our Catering Order page instead.

Catering Date & Availability


All catering requests are subject to availability. Submission of this form does not guarantee that KATZ can accommodate your requested date, time, guest count or services.


Pricing & Proposal


Pricing is based on your menu selections, guest count, service requirements and any additional options requested. After reviewing your inquiry, the KATZ team will contact you regarding availability and provide applicable pricing and next steps.

Payment & Reservation Terms


Pickup & Delivery


Catering orders may be picked up from KATZ or delivered to your requested location. Catering delivery is subject to a $50 delivery fee and availability based on the requested date, time and location.


Your catering request is not confirmed until the required payment has been received. Acceptance of a proposal, quote or invoice alone does not reserve catering services.

Guest Count & Final Details


Final guest count, menu selections, service details and other required information must be provided by the applicable deadline communicated by KATZ. Changes requested after finalization are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

Menu & Dietary Requests


Menu selections are subject to availability. Please disclose known food allergies or dietary requirements when completing your request. KATZ will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee an allergen free environment.
