Host Your Private Event at KATZ

Thank you for considering KATZ Restaurant & Lounge for your celebration. This inquiry will help our team understand your event, preferred package, menu selections, décor and additional needs before we prepare your personalized proposal. Complete each section with as much detail as possible. Submitting this form does not reserve your event date or guarantee availability. Your event is reserved only after the required initial payment has been received.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

KATZ Private Events are hosted on-site at KATZ Restaurant & Lounge and include three hours of private dining, buffet setup, professional service staff, complete table setup and place settings, and cleanup.

Minimum Guest Requirement: 15 Our Private Event packages are designed for groups of 15 or more. For groups of fewer than 15 guests, please visit our VIP & Large Group Reservations page.

Private event dining packages are priced per person and allow you to select from the menu options available within your chosen package. Additional décor, bar packages, entertainment and other enhancements may be added where available and may carry separate per-person, per-table or flat-rate charges.

Full restaurant buyouts require an additional venue fee. The current package provides a $2,500 full-buyout fee Monday through Thursday and $5,000 Friday through Sunday. Partial venue usage currently carries no additional venue fee.

Payment & Reservation Terms

25% to Book

A 25% deposit is required to secure your event date.

50% Paid by 14 Days Prior

By 14 calendar days before your event, 50% of your total event cost must be paid. If you have already paid the 25% deposit, the additional amount due at this time will bring your total payments to 50%.

100% Paid by 7 Days Prior

Your remaining balance is due no later than 7 calendar days before your event. At that time, your event must be paid in full.

Events booked less than 14 days before the event date require payment in full at booking.

FINAL PAYMENT & EVENT DETAILS

Your final guest count, menu selections, beverage selections, décor, entertainment and other event details must be finalized before final payment.

Once final payment has been made, all confirmed event details are considered final and cannot be increased, decreased or otherwise changed.

Private events may begin as early as 9:00 AM. The latest available event start time is 6:00 PM. Standard private events are scheduled for three hours, making the latest standard event 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
