This inquiry will help our team understand your event, preferred package, menu selections, décor and additional needs before we prepare your personalized proposal. Complete each section with as much detail as possible. Submitting this form does not reserve your event date or guarantee availability. Your event is reserved only after the required initial payment has been received.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

KATZ Private Events are hosted on-site at KATZ Restaurant & Lounge and include three hours of private dining, buffet setup, professional service staff, complete table setup and place settings, and cleanup.

Private event dining packages are priced per person and allow you to select from the menu options available within your chosen package. Additional décor, bar packages, entertainment and other enhancements may be added where available and may carry separate per-person, per-table or flat-rate charges.

Full restaurant buyouts require an additional venue fee. The current package provides a $2,500 full-buyout fee Monday through Thursday and $5,000 Friday through Sunday. Partial venue usage currently carries no additional venue fee.

Payment & Reservation Terms

Your event date is not reserved until the required payment has been received. For events booked more than 15 days in advance, a 50% initial payment of the total event cost is required upon invoicing to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 calendar days before your event.

Events booked 15 days or fewer before the event date require payment in full upon invoicing to secure the reservation.

All required payments must be received by the applicable deadline. Submission of this inquiry, receipt of a proposal, acceptance of a quote or signing of an agreement does not by itself reserve your event date.

Menu Terms

Menu selections, final guest count and event details must be finalized by the required the Final Payment. Once final payment has been made, selections and guest count are considered final. Additional requests are subject to availability and approval.

Private Event Hours: Private events are available during approved daytime and early-evening hours and are subject to venue availability.
