Event & Experience Policies

WELCOME
Applies to KATZ Miami Events, Experiences, Celebrations & Private Events
These policies apply, as applicable, to events and experiences hosted at or in association with KATZ Miami, including recurring events, happy hours, nightlife programming, live entertainment, curated dining experiences, special events, holiday events, celebrations, group experiences, hosted events, private events, and venue bookings.
Certain private or ticketed events may have additional terms contained within an event listing, proposal, invoice, agreement, or contract. When additional written terms apply to a specific booking, those terms will supplement these general policies.
RSVPs & Reservations
Submitting an RSVP indicates your intention to attend but does not guarantee admission, immediate seating, a particular table, or a specific seating location unless expressly stated.
Reservations and seating remain subject to availability, venue capacity, event format, and applicable booking conditions.
Guests should arrive at their scheduled or recommended arrival time.
Tables may be released following an applicable grace period.
Admission & Capacity
All events are subject to legal occupancy limits, operational requirements, and venue capacity.
An RSVP does not override capacity restrictions.
KATZ Miami may limit or suspend admission when necessary for safety, capacity, security, or operational reasons.
Event Changes
Event schedules, entertainment, performers, DJs, menus, promotional offers, pricing, operating areas, and programming may be modified when reasonably necessary.
KATZ Miami will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes when appropriate.
Cancellations
Guest cancellation and refund eligibility may vary depending upon the event or booking type.
Complimentary RSVPs generally have no monetary refund value.
Ticketed experiences, deposits, private events, packages, and prepaid services may have event-specific cancellation and refund requirements disclosed during booking or within an applicable agreement.
Private Events & Celebrations
Private events, large celebrations, hosted experiences, and venue bookings may require:

A date is not considered secured for a private event solely because an inquiry or hosting request has been submitted.
The applicable proposal, agreement, deposit requirement, or written confirmation will determine when a private-event booking becomes confirmed.
Deposits & Payments
Deposits, retainers, minimum spends, payment schedules, and cancellation provisions may vary according to the event.
Applicable financial terms will be disclosed before confirmation when required.
Failure to make required payments by established deadlines may result in cancellation or release of the event date in accordance with the applicable agreement.
Guest Count
Private-event clients may be required to provide a final guaranteed guest count by a specified deadline.
Charges may be calculated using the guaranteed attendance or actual attendance according to the applicable event agreement.
Capacity limitations cannot be exceeded.
Food & Beverage
Menus, selections, and availability may vary.
Outside food and beverages are prohibited unless expressly approved by KATZ Miami in advance.
Specialty cakes or other approved items may be subject to handling, plating, service, or outside-food requirements.
Guests should communicate known dietary requests or allergy concerns in advance. While reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate requests, KATZ Miami cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Alcohol Service
Alcohol will only be served in accordance with applicable law.
Valid identification may be required.
KATZ Miami and its authorized personnel reserve the right to refuse or discontinue alcohol service when legally required or when necessary for guest or venue safety.
Outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited unless expressly authorized and legally permissible.
Dress Code & Apparel
KATZ Miami encourages stylish, polished, venue-appropriate attire.
Individual events may establish specific dress requirements. Guests should review the applicable event description before attending.
Clothing displaying offensive or threatening imagery or language, or apparel inappropriate for a particular event environment, may be restricted subject to applicable law.
Guest Conduct
Guests must behave respectfully toward employees, performers, vendors, security personnel, and other guests.
Aggressive, threatening, discriminatory, destructive, unsafe, excessively disruptive, or unlawful behavior may result in removal from the property.
Removal for misconduct does not automatically create eligibility for a refund.
Security & Safety
Certain events may require additional security measures, screening, identification verification, restricted areas, wristbands, credentials, bag limitations, or other reasonable safety procedures.
Guests are required to comply with lawful instructions from venue management and authorized security personnel.
Children & Age Restrictions
Age requirements may vary depending upon the event.
Certain nightlife events or experiences may be restricted to guests 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued identification may be required.
Family-friendly events will be identified where applicable.
Photography & Recording
Photography, videography, and content creation may occur during public events and experiences.
By entering areas where event photography or recording is visibly taking place, guests may incidentally appear in event coverage, subject to applicable law and any additional notices or releases.
Commercial photography, professional productions, organized content shoots, or use of KATZ Miami imagery for commercial purposes requires prior authorization.
Decorations & Installations
Decorations, signage, installations, equipment, candles, confetti, adhesives, furniture modifications, and similar additions for private events must receive approval when required by KATZ Miami.
Clients may be responsible for damage caused by their guests, vendors, contractors, or installations as provided in their event agreement.
Outside Vendors & Entertainment
Outside vendors, entertainers, DJs, decorators, photographers, production companies, and other contractors may require prior approval.
Approval to enter the property does not create an employment relationship or partnership between the vendor and KATZ Miami.
Third parties using KATZ branding or promotional assets must comply with applicable KATZ Miami brand standards.
Brand & Promotional Materials
Promoters, event partners, vendors, marketers, and representatives may not alter, recreate, misrepresent, or publish unauthorized versions of KATZ Miami brand assets.
Official KATZ Miami logos, photography, flyers, and promotional materials must be used in accordance with the KATZ Miami AI & Brand Asset Usage Policy.
Personal Property
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. KATZ Miami is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, or unattended property except to the extent responsibility is imposed by applicable law.
Force Majeure & Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Events may be modified, postponed, relocated within the venue, or canceled because of severe weather, government action, emergencies, utility failures, public-safety concerns, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Any refunds, credits, rescheduling, or other remedies in such circumstances will be determined by the applicable event terms, booking agreement, and law.
Management Rights
KATZ Miami reserves the right to reasonably enforce venue policies, capacity requirements, safety standards, event-specific rules, and applicable laws.
Policies are intended to protect the experience, safety, and enjoyment of guests, employees, performers, vendors, and partners.
Agreement to Event Policies
By submitting an RSVP, purchasing admission, confirming an event, signing an event agreement, or attending an applicable KATZ Miami event or experience, guests and event organizers acknowledge the policies applicable to their participation.
Event-specific agreements and disclosed terms may supplement these general policies.
