AI & BRAND ASSET USAGE POLICY
WELCOME
To protect the integrity, consistency, and authenticity of the KATZ Miami brand, all promoters, marketers, vendors, partners, team members, representatives, and third parties are required to follow the standards below when creating or publishing content associated with KATZ Miami.
APPROVAL REQUIREMENT
Content that violates these standards will not be approved for publication and may be required to be removed immediately if already published.
Association with KATZ Miami does not grant permission to reinterpret or modify the brand.
When in doubt, use the original approved asset or request approval before posting.
KATZ Miami Brand Standard:
Authentic assets. Accurate representation. No AI alteration.
NO AI ALTERATION OF KATZ BRAND ASSETS
Under no circumstances may an approved KATZ Miami brand asset be uploaded to, processed through, recreated by, enhanced with, modified by, or otherwise altered using artificial intelligence.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Official flyers and promotional graphics

Restaurant or lounge photography

Food and beverage photography

Event photography

Interior or exterior venue photography

Brand patterns, graphics, or other approved creative assets
Official KATZ Miami assets must be used exactly as provided.
NO AI REPRESENTATION OF KATZ MIAMI
AI-generated food, cocktails, people, interiors, venue imagery, or other artificial content may not be published in a manner that represents or implies that the content depicts an actual KATZ Miami product, guest experience, event, or location.
If it did not come from KATZ Miami, do not present it as KATZ Miami.
PROMOTER & EVENT FLYERS
Promoters may create original promotional flyers for their events, including designs created with AI tools.
However, official KATZ Miami assets incorporated into those designs must remain untouched.
The KATZ Miami logo may be added to an original flyer only using the official logo file provided. The logo may not be regenerated, redrawn, restyled, animated, distorted, filtered, enhanced, or processed through AI.
If KATZ Miami provides an official event flyer, that flyer may be shared or reposted only in its original approved form. Do not run the flyer through AI, alter its imagery, recreate it, add AI-generated elements to it, or publish a modified version without approval.
