Reservations

RSVPs, ticketed events, curated experiences, nightlife programming, private events, celebrations, and other KATZ Miami experiences may be governed by additional Event & Experience Policies.
Event details, entertainment, schedules, menus, pricing, availability, performers, and programming may change when reasonably necessary.
Orders & Purchases
Prices, menu items, product availability, promotions, and operating hours are subject to change.
Guests are responsible for reviewing order information before completing a purchase.
Refunds, cancellations, and modifications may be limited once preparation, fulfillment, or event-related commitments have begun.
Promotions
Promotional offers may have individual eligibility requirements, expiration dates, restrictions, or exclusions.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotions may not be combined.
KATZ Miami may correct or cancel an offer published in error where permitted by law.

Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, destructive, dangerous, or seriously disruptive conduct may result in refusal of service or removal from the premises.
Dress & Venue Standards

KATZ Miami reserves the right to establish reasonable venue standards appropriate to a particular experience or event, subject to applicable law.
Intellectual Property
KATZ Miami names, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, promotional materials, website content, brand elements, and other proprietary materials may be protected by intellectual-property laws.
No KATZ Miami asset may be reproduced, altered, commercially distributed, misrepresented, or used to imply authorization or affiliation without appropriate permission.
Promoters, partners, vendors, and representatives are additionally subject to applicable KATZ Miami Brand and AI Asset Usage Policies.
